**Pursuant to section 5-5-228, MCA, the State Administration & Veterans' Affairs Interim Committee is charged with the oversight of the Department of Administration and its administratively attached entities except the State Fund (Economic Affairs Interim Committee), the Office of the Public Defender (Law and Justice Interim Committee), the State Tax Appeal Board (Revenue and Transportation), the Division of Banking and Financial Institutions (Economic Affairs Interim Committee).
