Committee minutes for the 2009 regular session are produced as two files:
Summary committee minutes are referenced by time stamp and person speaking; and
Accompanied by audio recording in REAL™ format.
To access a hard copy of the minutes, click on the date of the meeting. The minutes are in Adobe PDF format. To view the minutes you need to have the free PDF reader software. If you do not find a link for a particular date, the written minutes are not yet available.
The PDF minutes can be used in conjuction with the audio file. The times in the PDF minutes correspond to the times within the audio recordings. To locate a particular speaker, adjust the audio recording's time bar to match the time in the PDF minutes file.
Audio Recordings
The audio recording is identified by a Real Player icon: . Hold your cursor over the icon to determine the date of the meeting.
To hear the recording, click on the Real Player icon. You must have RealPlayer® to watch or listen.
For dial-up users right-click on a icon and select 'Save Link As'. After the download is complete, the file will be available to listen to.
