The Children, Families, Health, and Human Services Interim Committee (CFHHS) is a partisan committee of the Legislature that conducts interim studies related to health and human services. The committee also provides administration rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Public Health and Human Services.
The committee's statutory duties are in 5-5-225, MCA.
